1. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in its original condition. For more details or to start a return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

2. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

3. Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time — but we're working on it and hope to expand soon! Stay tuned for updates.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account to view your order status and tracking info anytime.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, contact us ASAP at offdutytruckers@gmail.com. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships!
